IT'S ESSENTIAL THAT A POOL ALWAYS BE IN SANITARY CONDITION; FOR THIS,
IT'S NECESSARY TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING 3 STEPS:
However
before adding any product, we need to know the conditions of said
water. |
And
the only technically acceptable way of doing that is by obtaining
an analysis of the water with an appropriate test kit. |
| In addition,
observethe degree of transparency (existing solids). |
|
HOW
TO CARRY OUT EACH PROCESS AND WITH WICH PRODUCTS?
|
|
ELIMINATION
OF BACTERIA AND MICROORGANISMS (CHLORINE) |
| |
HIDROCLOR
91, and ALKLOR. are chlorines with a 91% and 75% available
chlorine concentration, respectively; the storage of these products
represents no danger since they are packaged in airtright plastic
containers.

Each different
form is fabricated keeping the different types of users in mind
(no one is better than any other). That is to say, due to the
high dissolution that the powder offers, as opposed to the other
forms, it acts more rapidly (frequently-used pools). The granules
are recommended for pools of average use or seldomly-used pools.
The
tablets are better-suited to least-used pools as well as to
those wich use automatic chlorinators.

 |
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR USE
Take
a sample of the pool water up to the line shown, apply the
yellow indicator and observe. The test kit will indicate to
you if you are applying the correct amount. |
 |
|
The
best time to apply the product is in the evening or at night
and the amount will vary according to how many users there
are, what the temperature is and how dirty the pool is.
Periodically
it is important to perform chlorine shocks, each month;
that is to say, to apply a chlorine which is different from
the one we commonly use, using from 4 to 5 times the amount
normally used. The most appropriate product is AKLOR.
Besides
saving us a bundle on the price of chlorine and brightener
(BRILLAN), this process will keep the pool clearer
and cleaner.
|
|
In
the event that the bathers show signs of:
- Irritated
eyes or skin.
- loss
of color to bathing attire.
|
|
One
of the probable factors is that we have exessive chlorination.
Check the test kit.

REGULATION
OF ACID OR ALKALINE (pH) LEVEL |
| |
pH PLUS, SUPER PLUS AND MINUS ADJUSTER
| The
pH serves to determine if a substance is acid or alkaline
and it is assessed on a scale from 1 to 14. In the treatment
of water for pools, the range should remain between 7.2 and
7.6 The appropriate way to measure it is with a test kit. |
|
IT'S
IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE POOL'S pH LEVEL ON THE SCALE CORRECT (7.2
- 7.6)

INSTRUCTIONS
FOR USE
Take
a sample of water from the pool up to the line shown, apply
the red indicator and observe. The test kit will indicate
to you if its is necessary to increase, decrease or if you
are at the right pH range. |
|
HAVING
THE RIGHT pH LEVEL WILL SAVE YOU TROUBLE
Murky
water: because better use will be gotten out of the chemical
products since these are made to work in a neutral enviroment.
|
Corrosion:
since an acid enviroment eats away at walls and metals over
time. |
Caked-on
grime: hard water or water with a high pH level backs up pipes
and stains walls and accesories. |
It's
recommendable to measure the pH level at least once a week. |

REMOVAL
OF SOLIDS FROM OUR POOL |
| |
Solids accumulate
in the pool because of replacement water lost through natural
evaporation, leaving behind these solids as a result, as well
as because of outside agents that fall in.

THE
WAY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM IS BY MEANS OF TWO PROCESSES
|
FILTERING
EQUIPMENT
Start
filtering with adequate equipment, wich will remove
all undissolved solids. .
|
BRIGHTENER
(BRILLIAN)
If
the filtering equipment has worked normally and shows signs
of murkiness, this is a clear sign that we have dissolved
solids; these are very small particles that, due to their
size cannot be retained by the equipment and so begin accumulating.
|
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR USE
This
product serves primarily to eliminate different hues and murkiness
from the water. It works by encapsulating all the dirt or
organic matter, making it thicker, so that once the filter
is used, it will be able to retain all this waste, which it
will eliminate through the backwash process. |
|

Turn on the filtering equipment (if the equipment is already
working, keep it going)
|
|
|
Valve
to filter position
|
 |
Valve
to backwash position |
It's
important to mention that because of its biodegradable formula,
this product represents no risk to the equipment and it's possible
to apply it at any time since it doesn't affect bathers, either;
it even works while you are enjoying your pool.
It's
also an excellent algae killer, is compatible with the other chemical
products and, working together with HIDROCLOR 91 or ALKLOR,
it increases the microbe-killing action of both.
In the event that this product doesn't provide the desire results,
it's possible that the filtering material in your equipment has
become saturated or has deteriorated. In the event that it has
become saturated, backwash it thoroughly, In the event that it
has deteriorated, replace it.
